This PRS web service enables exploratory analysis of published polygenic risk scores (PRS) from the PGS Catalog applied on the SG10K_Health cohort. Users will be able to examine and visualize distributions of polygenic risk scores and their associations with 15 phenotypes that are available for SG10K_Health participants. Users can perform analyses on the entire cohort, or a subset of the cohort specified using sex and genetic ancestry inclusion criteria. Associations of PRS and phenotypes are performed securely without access to individual level data.
